Stand up paddling (SUP) is a great water activity that has recently gained popularity. It complements wind based sports on non-windy days and is particularly great for beginners. Coaching is available and depending on weather conditions, surfing in the Borsh sea waves are perfect to give this sport a try.
In addition to being a lot of fun, SUP is a superior core workout on flat water. It is an ideal sport for cross-training as it brings together legs, back, feet, arms, neck and stomach muscles in a graceful display of core strength and balance.
Equipment provided for this activity:
- SUP board
- Paddle and leash
- Life jacket
- Swimwear, hat/cap
- Drinking water
- Beach shoes, or other suitable non-slippery shoes
