Yoga on a Stand up paddle board adds another dimension of stability to the yoga poses. It is a great way of improving the core strength while completely immersing in nature and the serene blue water surroundings to improve your practice. Borsh has the ideal beach for this activity and we will bring state of the art boards to enjoy this unique experience. The program is designed for yogis with no or limited past experience with SUP yoga, and would progress through the session to the enjoyable level for everyone.
Equipment that Albanian Water Sports will provide for the development of this activity:
• Stand up paddle boards, suitable for performing yoga, and the anchoring solution to ensure the entire yoga group stands close together and to the instructor throughout the session.
You should have:
- Swimming suits / non-slippery beach shoes
- At least 2 months of experience in yoga
